I’ve used a wild mix of sculpting and modeling techniques here – for instance:

• The hair is made from individual strands of profile curves.
• A temporary armature was used to pose the hands.
• Dress and apron are low poly meshes with subdivision modifers on top.
• I used array and curve modifiers for the teeth of the chainsaw, and for her shoelaces.
